Azad Government of State of Jammu & Kashmir decided and has announced that the State Entry test 2025 will be Conducted For Admission to Public and Private Medical Institutions of Azad & Kashmir and reserve seats for Jammu & Kashmir National in Pakistan. Azad and Jammu Kashmir (AJK) will be conducted the Entrance test in October 2025 at 09:00 A.M for the Medical private and government Universities and Institutes admission in Medical MBBS and BDS on the Same day. As Rules and Regulations of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
It said that Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) regulations be followed for the calculation of the merit list score for admission to public medical colleges, whatever they may be. It is mandatory to appear in the Entrance Test of AJK for admission to any medical and dental college and reserve seats in AJK Nationals in Pakistan.

Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) committee recommended that the matriculation results be removed from the equation. The merit list score would then be calculated with 50 percent weight Given to the entrance test and 50 percent to the intermediate exams. But the PMDC has yet to notify the new formula.
The applicant has passed Intermediate Science (HSSC,FSc) (Pre Medical Group) or Equivalent Examination Securing at least 60% marks 660/1100. Unadjusted marks excluding the marks of Hifz e Quran etc. Those having foreign qualifications such as A Level or American 12th Grade shall have to provide the Equivalence Certificate issued by Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
